Why you can rely on the text
Written by a licensed Iranian lawyer
The clauses and form questions were written by a licensed Iranian lawyer (paye-yek) with a practice in North York, Ontario.
Nothing is made up
Names and numbers are exactly what you entered. National IDs are checked as you type, and anything unknown is clearly marked.
Checkable in the official system
A power of attorney issued through Mikhak can be verified at mikhak.mfa.gov.ir.
Privacy
Until you pay, your answers are saved only on your own device and are not kept on our server when we build your preview. "Start over" deletes them all.
What we don't do
- We are not the government's Mikhak system, and we don't decide whether the consulate accepts a document.
- This is not personal legal advice; for complex cases we refer you to the lawyer.
- If your situation doesn't fit this service, for example a seized car, we tell you plainly instead of selling you a document.
Frequently asked questions
Is MikhakYar the Foreign Ministry's Mikhak system?
No. MikhakYar is an independent service that prepares the document text and a step-by-step guide. The official request is still made through Mikhak and at the consulate.
What do I see before paying?
The start of your document with your own details: the parties, the subject and the first clauses. If you are happy with it, you pay and get the full text.
What if the consulate does not accept the text?
If the consulate asks for a change to the text, tell our support team and our lawyer corrects it free. The consulate makes the final decision.
How do I know my agent won't get more power than I want?
Sensitive powers, such as receiving the money from a property sale or waiving your right to cancel, are off by default and added only after your separate confirmation. Powers the job in Iran cannot be done without are shown with the reason. You also see the text before paying.
Can several people be principals or agents in one document?
Documents made abroad name one principal and one agent. Several principals need separate documents.
Is this legal advice?
No. MikhakYar drafts the document from lawyer-approved clauses, but it is not personal legal advice. For complex situations we suggest a consultation with the lawyer.
