A plain summary of what MikhakYar does and doesn't do.

Our service

MikhakYar prepares the text of a power of attorney, declaration or permission from your answers and lawyer-written clauses, and explains the consulate steps.

MikhakYar is not the Iranian Foreign Ministry's Mikhak system. The official request is made in Mikhak and signed at the embassy or consulate, which decides whether to accept it.

Your details must be accurate

Enter names, numbers and details exactly as on your documents. We never guess a number; anything unknown is shown as a dotted line and must be completed before signing.

Preview and payment

Filling in the form and seeing the start of the text is free. Each document costs USD 29, and the total is shown before you pay. Payment is one-time, by card through Stripe.

After payment, the full text of each document is available in your account immediately. The consulate's own fee is separate and paid directly to the consulate.

Refund policy

Before you use the text: if you paid by mistake, were charged twice, or ask within 24 hours before opening the full text, you get a full refund.

Once the full text has been shown: the document is delivered instantly and can be copied, so there is no refund for a change of mind.

Our guarantee: any mistake in the text we wrote is corrected free, at any time. If the consulate or the Mikhak system asks for a change to the text, it is corrected free. If the consulate rejects the document because of our text and we cannot fix it within 5 business days, you get a full refund. This guarantee applies for 90 days after purchase.

Not covered: consulate fees, postage and travel; rejections caused by information you entered incorrectly (for example a misspelled name or wrong national ID), though we still correct the text free; and requests for a different type of document, which is a new order.
