Before payment, your answers stay on your device

Form answers are saved only in this browser's storage (localStorage), so you don't lose your work if you close the page. No account is needed at this stage.

"Start over" in the form deletes every answer from this device. Clearing your browser data does the same.

If you give your email in the form

This step is optional. We keep your email, country and the services you chose, to send you the preview and reminders about this order. We only write about this order, every email has an unsubscribe link, and we never share your email.

Creating a preview

To create a preview, that document's answers are sent to our server, the text is assembled by code (no AI), and only its opening is sent back. The answers are not stored on the server.

Payment

Payment happens on Stripe's secure page. We never see or store your card number; we only record the amount, the payment status and your email to deliver the document and the receipt.

If you save your order to your account

When you sign in (email code or Google), your email and your order's answers are stored in our database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, so you can reach them on any device and receive your document after payment. Only you and authorised MikhakYar staff (support and the lawyer) can see them, and every access is logged.

To delete your account and all your data, ask us through the contact page.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. MikhakYar is not linked to the government's Mikhak system or any government body and sends them nothing.
